113 is a helpline that can listen to you if you are contemplating suicide. The line is available 24 hours a day if you are looking for support or an empathetic ear. You can always chat completely anonymously or call a professional of 113. You are never alone.

Sense is here for all your questions about sex, falling in love, and how they relate to gender and sexuality. On Sense’s site you can find a lot of useful information about the body, relationships, sex, contraceptives, boundaries and more. You also have the opportunity to contact them and ask any questions you have in particular.
Tranvisie is a Dutch website where you can find answers to your questions at your own pace. Though it is written mostly in Dutch there is a section of the website (which we’ve included in our FAQ) on general and gender-affirming healthcare in the Netherlands for foreigners, which is available in English. It’s possible to also find the Transgender Wegwijzer (wayfinder) to learn which community groups/support groups may be in your area.
‘Roze in Blauw’ which translates from Dutch to ‘Pink in Blue’ is a police department who you can report discrimination or violence to, among other things. Roze in Blauw can also help you if you want to report LGBTI+ related crimes. Also if you suspect that someone in your environment is threatened or harassed because they are LGBTI+ you can contact the Roze in Blauw Police department.
PratenOnline is a place that can offer you professional help online if you are feeling anxious, down, or depressed. PratenOnline also focuses in part specifically on LGBTIQ+ youth.
AutiRoze exists to help LGBTI+ people with autism find their place within the rainbow community, the autism community, and society as a whole. Among other things, AutiRoze organizes monthly meetings in more than 10 cities.
Do you want to make your school more LGBTIQ+ friendly? The GSA Network (Gender & Sexuality Alliance) can help you with a step-by-step plan! The GSA believes that every student should have the freedom to be who they are at school, without being ashamed of it.
Have you been discriminated against in any way? The Transgender Netwerk Nederland’s (TNN) website provides a hotline to report discrimination. Though the form is in Dutch, it merely asks for your contact details, and a detailed description of the discrimination you experienced and where it occurred. Someone from TNN will contact you as soon as possible. Trans people have just as much right to a life without discrimination!
